Two hundred superb prestigious villas have been blended skilfully into the natural landscape, surrounded by a verdant 18 km golf course and characterised by a unique international style and context.


Villas

The 200 prestigious villas which dot the Is Molas Resort are true gems of modern architecture and unique for their soft open lines. Characterised by the unique and highly personal style typical of Fuksas, the houses are all totally modern and up-to-date, with strongly evoking the Sardinian tradition and forms. Living conditions both inside and outside the various types of houses are perfect, with full freedom and seclusion, thanks to the privacy of the separate areas. The various units of the villas lead off a central section with a living room and sitting room/bedroom. The house itself is surrounded by a patio and a solarium, making the precious outdoor spaces perfectly liveable.

The surface areas of the villas range from 210 to 540 m², surrounded by a maximum of 2,700 m² of garden.
